Authentic Pizza Sauce is easier than you think, if you don’t have a thermomix pull out your belnder, thunder stick or other electric mixing device and give this recipe a go!
Ingredients
1 can of tomatoes (whole or chopped)
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
Add all ingredients into bowl and mix for 5 seconds on Speed 7 until combined!
That’s it! Too easy, just spoon it onto the base and spread with the back of the spoon!
